Insurance / Liability

On request we will arrange insurances for transportation and storage by our insurance broker Allianz AG Frankfurt.

The extent of our liability is determined by the terms stated in the general Terms of Forwarding in Germany (ADSp.) newest Version.

May we point out that under point 23 the liability of the forwaders in cases of loss of or damage to the goods is, as a rule, limited to EUR 5.00 per kilo of the gross weight of the shipment, and that, in the case of a transport agreement for transportation with different means of transport and also in the case of large-scale damage or loss, a limitation to two special drawing rights per kilo will be applicable.
